Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• Candidates will possess 8 to 10 years experience, 4 of which will be in a supervisory or managerial role;
• Excellent understanding of SLA/OLA based services support and delivery;
• Working knowledge of managing technology based customer services operations using popular Enterprise IT Management (EITM) technologies;
• Must be able to leverage in-depth knowledge of ICT services in the Nigerian terrain and be able to instill customer confidence at key influencer level.
